Bardo State is an kinetic sculptural installation consisting of 49 cement spheres suspended by springs from the ceiling.  In Tibetan Buddhism, the Bardo State is the interregnum twixt death and rebirth, lasting 49 days.  It is also considered a meditational state or dream stage.  Bernard invites the viewer to stand back and observe the performance where multiples come together in choreographed reiterations resulting in moving sculpture.
